Breastfeeding your baby can be a wonderful bonding experience. There may be challenges that with the right support and information you can overcome and be able to continue to provide the best nutrition for your baby. In this section you will learn about the benefits of breastfeeding, how to latch, and how to express and store your milk. If you are unable to breastfeed you will find information on choosing the right formula and how to bottle feed.
