Community Programs

There are many communities that are part of the CPNP Program. If you are pregnant or have a baby under 1 year old, you are eligible to attend any CPNP programs that are offered in your community.

Each program is offered to provide you with as much support and information as possible so that you can have a healthy pregnancy. Depending on the program, the information you receive may be different. Here are some examples of topics that may be discussed in CPNP programs and examples of what types of programs may be available in your community for you to participate in:

  • Healthy Eating
  • Breastfeeding
  • Grocery Store
  • Shopping Tours
  • Cooking Circles
  • Food Vouchers/Hampers
  • Smoking Reduction
  • Kitchen Toolkit (contains everything you need to make a particular recipe i.e. food and tools), and others!

If you would like more information about what types of activities are available in your community, please contact your local CPNP worker.
